Excellent service at 15,000 km, with all logbook items done, and recorded engine checks investigated. Repairs were covered by warranty, with parts available from stock, minimising delays. The vehicle was returned clean, inside and out. Fixed price was honoured.

I would like to thank Maughan Thiem Ford for their incredible service and support in a major warranty issue with my Ford Everest. We had a breakdown a long way from home and were concerned how long it would take to get our car on the road again. We met Lauren the service manager who was so empathetic to our situation.
